As you saw from my last post we have arrived in Meppen, but today is
DISTRICT CONFERENCE DAY!!!!!!
We had to leave the house at 7am to meet and we were off to Norddeich where we would catch the ferry MS Frisia and troll around the North Sea for the whole of the conference day. Here are some pictures of the day.
We met some old friends, the Germany - NY team was there and the Australian team... Ulrica from the Inner Wheel and Friedrich and Marliss Needermeyer from Oldenburg. We gave a small presentation of our trip so far as well as several gifts from notaries in the US or NY state.
All in all a great day of fun in the sun with Rotary!!
